Under the dual systems of federal and state regulations, CryptoFed must comply with laws and regulations at the state level in addition to federal laws and regulations. CryptoFed regularly communicates with Wyoming lawmakers and regulators to ensure compliance through discussion, testimony, and litigation. The litigation between Wyoming Secretary of State vs. American CryptoFed DAO has now entered the appeal phase.
